Contact us with your username, details of the decision and an explanation of why you believe it was incorrect. We will review the complaint and communicate the outcome where appropriate, subject to legal and safety restrictions. Information and Advice NIFO may contain discussions about immigration, employment, housing, education, healthcare, finance, business and other matters. Information shared by members represents their own views and experiences. It should not automatically be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial or immigration advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional or official source before making important decisions based on information shared on NIFO. We do not guarantee that user-generated or external content is accurate, complete, reliable or up to date. 14. Availability of Services We aim to keep NIFO available and functioning properly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical faults, hosting or network outages, security incidents, third-party service interruptions or events outside our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the platform where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security, legal or business reasons. We will not use this provision to exclude obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. 15. Account Suspension and Termination You may stop using NIFO at any time and request account closure or deletion through available account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where: These Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. The account is used for fraud, abuse or unlawful activities. The account creates a security or safety risk. The user attempts to evade a previous suspension. We are required to act by law or a lawful order. Where appropriate, we may issue a warning or give the user an opportunity to correct the issue. We may act immediately where necessary to address serious harm, security threats or legal requirements. Following account closure, access to account-based features may be disabled. Content and records may be removed, retained or restricted as appropriate under our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Account closure does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before closure. 16. Liability and Consumer Rights We make reasonable efforts to operate NIFO responsibly. However, user-generated content, external services and transactions independently arranged between members involve matters outside our direct control. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, the conduct of other members, third-party products or services, independently arranged transactions or uninterrupted platform availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where NIFO provides services to consumers, applicable statutory rights and consumer protections remain in force. 17. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms to reflect changes to NIFO, its features, business operations, security requirements or applicable laws. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through NIFO or other appropriate means. The latest version will be published at https://nifo.app with a revised update date. Where required by law, we will obtain your agreement to material changes before they apply. 18. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes relating to these Terms or your use of NIFO will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere or require a different rule to apply. Nothing in this section removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws. 20. General Provisions If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, govern your use of NIFO. Where a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the legal requirement takes precedence. Welcome to NIFO.
